These NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencils are great, they come in amazing flattering colors. Truly do look matte on the lips. I personally love them for a bond red lip, you must use a lip pencil though because the tip is not as precise. I would however, not buy again because I personally cannot stand the smell.
